Terrorist attacks in Afghan Information Ministry

                                                                   
After the attack of gunmen, the law enforcement forces have removed the people who were in the building safely.
Gunmen have attacked the country's information ministries in Kabul's central province of Afghanistan. At the local time today, there was a sudden explosion of words outside the Information Ministry building on the outskirts of the city. Then gunfighters started firing. Law enforcement agencies could not bring the situation under control at local time evening. But a gunman was shot dead.

According to the Afghan Information Ministry, the BBC said at least three gunmen participated in the attack. One of them got inside the ministry building. One of the attackers was killed on the spot by police firing. A day after the talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban were postponed, the gun attack took place. However, Taliban said they were not involved in the incident.

The attacks were carried out in one of the busiest areas of Kabul. In addition to the Ministry of Information, two more ministries, even the president's residence are located in the area. Serena Hotel is one of Kabul's most popular places. Most foreign tourists coming to Kabul are in this hotel.

In the morning, the coil-mounted smoke was found in the building. People from the bottom of the 18 storey building are trying to get out of the window, such scenes have also been seen in local television footage.

Ministry sources said more than 100 civilians were evacuated safely from the building.

Meanwhile, Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said that Taliban was not involved in any incident.
